Largest collection of free full-length books from Microsoft by Kim Komando

I think it's safe to say that most people are familiar with the software mega giant, Microsoft. In fact,
you've probably used Windows or Office at least once in your life - that was an intentional understatement, just to be clear. Microsoft claims around 1.5 billion people use Windows everyday!
Even if you use a Mac, you've probably used Microsoft software.

While Microsoft's software is just about everywhere and does just about everything, it doesn't always work the way you want. Or maybe you just want to know more about it.

The next time you run into trouble with a program, or you're ready to learn more ins and outs of Windows, Visual Studio, Office or dozens of other Microsoft products, take a look at the largest collection of free Microsoft e-books available online.

These helpful guides are offered by Eric Ligman, Microsoft's Senior Sales Excellence Manager. There are over 130 free guides to download, from introductions to Windows 8.1 and Office 365 to building software in the Cloud.

Feel free to browse through as many as you need, they're all free to download and over a million copies have already been given away.

Looking for Excel Online Keyboard Shortcuts? Right here. Want to learn how to build your own app? There's a manual for that. Really, everything you need is right here.

Some of these program e-guides are for advanced users only, but others will help beginners expand and enrich their user experience. You can also work your way through each manual, and in no time you can be a Microsoft software guru yourself.

Download Instructions

To download a Microsoft e-guide, navigate to Eric Ligman's blog using the button below and find an e-guide title you're interested in. These guides are available in PDF, EPUB, MOBI (Kindle), and DOCX formats.

If you want to look at these guides on your computer, click the PDF or DOCX format. You will need a PDF reader or a word processing program to read these files.

The MOBI format is for Kindle e-readers. You can also get the Kindle program on your computer to read these. The EPUB format works with all other e-readers.

When you click on the link, your download should begin immediately. When the download is complete, open and view the e-guide with the correct program.
